Scoop up some stylin school supplies!

Pretty much everyone needs a few items before they hit the halls before that first day of school. But how cool is it that getting these super cute ’n’ colorful supplies also benefits a great cause?

The Kendall Kollection is a series of stylish school supplies created by designer Jaqueline Savage McFee.  Inspired by her young cousin’s fight with leukemia, McFee created the line along with Carolina Pad and Paper. The bright, bold colors and funky, eccentric designs not only liven up your assignments, but 10 percent of the proceeds go to The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society’s blood cancer research, patient education and support services. (Leukemia causes more deaths to kids and young adults under 20 than any other cancer.)

Stores like Wal-Mart, K-Mart, Office Max and Wegman’s carry a variety of products with most items priced under $5. Helping you with homework and helping those with cancer? What could be better than that?
